Custom Embroidery

Four Winds offers the highest quality custom embroidery. Our goal is to tranform your logo from paper to fabric with the highest degree of accuracy possible. Using the latest technology available we digitize your logo, then provide you with a sewout for your approval. Since all work is done in-house we are able to keep tight controls on quality and production schedules.

How the Process Works

Your logo or artwork is first either e-mailed to us in an acceptable format (.tif, .gif, .jpeg,.eps, Adobe Illustrator, or Coreldraw are preferred, call about other acceptable formats) or sent by to us other means. Four Winds can also produce a logo or graphic for you if you desire. Please indicate finish size for embroidery. If you are unsure of the size you need to let us know where you would like the design positioned on the garment or accessory and we can help you determine the finish size. Also if your graphic is in Black and White please indicate the colors for your embroidery.

Four Winds will then digitize (set-up) your logo in our computers. After we digitize the logo we will create a sew-out on the fabric closest to your garment or accessory fabric that we have available. This will give a you a "realistic" idea of what the finished product will look like. We will then present the sew-out for your approval.

The next step is to embroider the garments or accessories which you have chosen from one of our catalogs (we can mail you one) or from our website. We will give you a written price quotation so you will know all of your costs up front. We also offer quantity discounts. Four Winds has no minimums but we will advise you as to what we think is the most cost effective way for your company to order your products.

If you have a deadline for your project please let us know when we write your quotation. We will let you know if we can meet your deadline or suggest other possible solutions to get the job done within your scheduled time frame. Normal production time (from the time we receive your artwork until you receive your finished products) is two to three weeks. We can turn around your job faster if necessary. Just ask and we will let you know if it's possible.

Contract Embroidery

Four Winds also offers full service contract embroidery at reasonable prices. Please contact us for current pricing. Pricing is based on quantity and stitch count.

We will run designs digitized by other companies but cannot be held responsible for low quality digitizing by another company. We will always run a sewout for you for your approval whether we digitize the design or someone else does.
